Fantastic apartment just 10 minutes from Sants station in Barcelona!
Located in the district of Sants-Montjuïc, La Bordeta is between the neighborhood of Sants and Santa Eulália. It is a neighborhood in full renovation that has transformed old textile factories into modern and cultural spaces offering art shows, concerts and much more!
Our fantastic apartment can accommodate up to 3 people and is rented on a monthly basis.
The layout of the apartment is as follows: the master bedroom with double bed, another bedroom with a single bed, bathroom with shower, fully equipped kitchen and living room with Smart TV.
So that you can enjoy your stay as if you were in your own home we have: washing machine, dryer, vacuum cleaner, iron, coffee maker, toaster, oven, microwave, dishwasher, etc. ...
You won't miss WIFI, air conditioning and heating!

This is a very quiet house and we will appreciate your good behavior and respect for the rest of neighbors, the hours of silence is from 22:00 to 8:00. (Failure to comply with this rule will result in the non-return of the deposit).

*Important: This property is rented on a monthly basis subject to these conditions:
- An intermediate cleaning may be required for reservations of more than 2 months.
